Hi Tolis,

I have a class with a string member like

<Size(20)>
Public Property Codigo As String

and the existing column is shorter than that, so I expect to Xpand adjust its size for me.

I enabled it with

Xpand.Xpo.DB.SchemaColumnSizeUpdater.Disabled = False

but it fails to upgrade its size, and when looking at the SQL statement generated, I found the SQL is incorrect or incomplete

ALTER TABLE ITEM ALTER COLUMN CODIGO

there is a missing part ....

Can you take a look at that code?

Thanks

Gustavo

yes I will and sorry for the late reply as I had problems with the forums notifications. Give me some time though cause there are a few outstanding cases.

I fixed the problem in the next minor 18.1.3.2

If you want to try my solution now you need to replace SchemaColumnSizeUpdater ln 60 of the with
sqlDataStore.GetSqlCreateColumnFullAttributes(table, column,true)
