it looks that this problem relates to the connection pooling enabled in the ObjectSpaceProvider. I fixed it in the next minor 2, for now I suggest you disable the connection pooling like
args.ObjectSpaceProviders.Add(new SecuredObjectSpaceProvider((SecurityStrategyComplex)Security, XPObjectSpaceProvider.GetDataStoreProvider(args.ConnectionString, args.Connection, false), false));
